A new service station and rooftop dining can move forward on East Lake Parkway following board approval. Henry County considered the commercial request on Tuesday, May 16.
The seven-acre property is located at the northwest corner of East Lake Parkway and Springdale Road. The county approved rezoning the land.
First Tim Horton’s in Henry County?
Building elevations for the proposed rooftop dining suggested Tim Horton’s and Papa Johns would occupy the two spaces. If so, the location would be the first Tim Horton’s in Henry County. Tim Horton’s is a Canadian coffee and donut business.
Tim Horton’s is slowly expanding to Georgia.
